HERE ARE A FEW IDEAS TO HELP YOU REDUCE YOUR WORK DAY STRESS.

Hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. MAKE LOVE.
Do only one thing at a time. Make a list of things to do that you've already done.
Rid your life of things that cause clutter. Plan tomorrow at the end of each day.
Write a short story using alphabet soup. Listen to relaxing music.
Make up a language and ask people for directions in it. Stop trying to remember everything - Write things down.
Snuggle up with someone you love. Don's worry about things you cannot change.
Go Bowling Bill your doctor for time spent in his waiting room.
Hug someone you like. Go to the beach and build sand castles.
Stop "playing" for the money - Enjoy what you're doing.  Be nice to others.
