items we called "specialty" available from distributors and manufacturers.
Distributors are designated by a "†" symbol next to their company names.
Distributors in the specialty section must either stock the item(s) they
listed or process them as custom items. All custom items are noted
by a "‡" symbol next to the size detail for those items. Wherever
possible, the specific names used for the custom items have also been listed
(on the right side of each page) to aid in communications with vendors
so items can be referred to by their brand names.
